WILLIE CEPHUS WATTS, JR., Ph.D.
Dr. Watts has over thirty-five years of educational experience credited to his career. He also has successfully served as a teacher, coach, assistant high school principal, elementary principal, supervisor, director of pupil personnel, director of adult continuing education and community school superintendent.
Dr. Watts has an earned doctorate degree in Educational Administration. His Ohio Department of Education certifications/licenses include: Superintendent, School Treasurer, Business Manager, Secondary School Principal, Educational Administrative Specialist, Supervisor, Computer Science and Social Studies Comprehensive. In addition, Dr. Watts is a certified trainer for OTES and OPES.
Dr. Watts believes that all students can learn and is willing to prepare today’s educators to help make a difference.


MOZELLA M. COTTINGHAM-WATTS, M.ED.
Mozella M. Cottingham-Watts has over thirty-three years of educational experience credited to her career. Her professional experiences include the following: community schools superintendent, special education supervisor and elementary and middle school principal.
Mrs. Watts holds Ohio Department of Education certifications/licenses in the following areas: Superintendent, Pupil Personnel Administration, Supervisor and Elementary Principal. Teaching licenses include the following: Elementary, Severe Behavior Handicapped, Specific Learning Disabled and Developmentally Handicapped.
Mrs. Watts believes that all children have powerful potential and they can learn and excel. Mrs. Watts also believes, as educators, we must have the courage to change old ideas and practices so that we can direct our children’s skills and abilities to that which is positive and productive for their families, their communities, and society.
